Polity & Governance: Bihar Cabinet approved five new private universities and judicial infrastructure projects. The 'Teacher Transfer Rules 2026' were cleared for over 5.5 lakh school teachers. A judicial inquiry into the Bharat Tiwari Encounter was approved, to be headed by Retired Judge Vinod Kumar Sinha.

Economy & Finance: A massive Rs 1 Lakh Crore HUDCO loan plan for satellite townships was cleared, with a new urban hub approved in Dehri. Rs 20,000 assistance was sanctioned for Sindhu Darshan Pilgrims. The cabinet approved Rs 3,662 Crore for Social Security Pensions and Rs 43 Crore for the Sasa Musa Sugar Mill. A land purchase framework for townships and investment projects was also approved.

Science & Technology: Bihar Cabinet approved AI partnerships with global tech firms like Google and Microsoft, focusing on creating thousands of jobs and enhancing public service delivery.

Tourism & Sports: New industrial hubs and tourism projects, including heli-tourism and a homestay scheme, received cabinet approval. New recruitment rules were sanctioned to reward sporting excellence, providing government jobs to athletes.
