Economy & Finance: The Delhi government has slashed Value Added Tax (VAT) on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) from 25% to 7% to bolster the aviation sector. A massive Rs 39,290 crore package has also been cleared for various infrastructure and vehicular reforms.

Environment: To combat air pollution, a budget of Rs 5,041 crore has been approved to replace old trucks and buses in the Delhi-NCR region.

Governance & Polity: The Disaster Management Act is being strictly implemented, granting District Magistrates (DMs) specific powers to act against unauthorized constructions. Additionally, the income eligibility limit for ration cards has been doubled to Rs 2.5 lakh per annum.

Agriculture: Farmers will receive a compensation of Rs 75,000 per hectare for crop damages caused by untimely rains last year.

Human Resources: A pay hike has been approved for teachers working under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and vocational training programs.
