Science & Technology: A high-energy Medical Cyclotron Project worth ‡300 crore has been approved for Nagpur. This facility will produce isotopes for advanced cancer diagnosis and treatment, reducing costs for patients in the Vidarbha region.
Governance & Polity: The state cabinet has granted a 6-month extension for candidates elected from reserved seats to submit their caste validity certificates. This provides significant relief to local body representatives.
Transport & Infrastructure: New Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) and sub-RTOs will be established across the state. The criteria have been revised to ensure one office for every 5 lakh registered vehicles to improve administrative efficiency.
