The Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana (Chief Minister Learn and Earn Scheme) is a transformative initiative by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, officially launched on July 4, 2023. • Monthly Stipend: Participants receive a guaranteed monthly stipend during their training period, enabling them to "earn while they learn". The stipend amount varies based on the educational qualification:
  • 12th Pass: ₹8,000 per month
  • ITI Pass: ₹8,500 per month
  • Diploma Pass: ₹9,000 per month
  • Graduate or Higher Qualification: ₹10,000 per month The state government funds 75% of the stipend directly to the trainee's bank account, while the remaining 25% is contributed by the training establishment.
• Skill Enhancement: The scheme provides practical, industry-oriented training using the latest techniques and processes, significantly improving job readiness.
• Formal Certification: Upon successful completion of the training, candidates receive a recognized skill certificate from the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) through the Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB).
