1. Free Benefit Category (State Government pays full premium):
- Families registered under the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
- Families identified under the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011.

- Contractual Workers (Samvida Karmis) from all state government departments, boards, corporations, and government companies.
