Method 1: Online via Jan Aadhaar Portal/SSO

1. Access the Portal: Visit the official Jan Aadhaar portal janaadhaar.rajasthan.gov.in or log in to your SSO ID at sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Find Status Option: Look for options like "Jan Aadhaar Status," "Enrolment Status," or "Check Status."
3. Enter Details: You can check the status using your:
   • Jan Aadhaar enrolment ID (acknowledgement ID).
   • Jan Aadhaar ID (if already generated).
   • Aadhaar ID.
4. View Status: The portal will display the current status of your application. A green tick usually indicates approval, while a red cross means the application was rejected, possibly requiring document re-upload.
   • The application undergoes a two-level verification process by local authorities (Village Development Officer/Executive Officer and Block Statistical Officer/Subdivision Officer).

Method 2: Via SMS You can get your Jan Aadhaar number or status by sending an SMS to 7065051222 in one of the following formats:

• JAN <space> JID <space> <15 Character Jan Aadhaar enrolment id>
• JAN <space> JID <space> <12 digit UID Number>
• JAN <space> JID <space> <10 digit Mobile Number>

Method 3: Via Jan Aadhaar Mobile Application

1. Download App: Download the "Jan Aadhaar" mobile application from the Play Store.
2. Login/Check Status: Log in using your SSO ID or select the "Get Jan Aadhaar status" option.
3. Input ID: Enter your Jan Aadhaar Acknowledgement ID or Aadhaar ID.
4. OTP Verification: Select the relevant family member and verify with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. View Status: The app will display the status of your Jan Aadhaar card.

Option 1: Online Application via SSO ID or Jan Aadhaar Portal

2. Citizen Registration: If applying through the Jan Aadhaar portal, click on "Jan Aadhaar Enrollment" and then "Citizen Registration." If using SSO, click on the "Jan Aadhaar" icon.
3. Aadhaar Authentication (Head of Family): Enter the Aadhaar number of the proposed Head of the Family and complete the Aadhaar authentication via OTP.
4. Fill Application Form: Provide accurate demographic and socio-economic details for the Head of the Family and all other family members. Ensure all information is entered in both English and Hindi.
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of all required documents, adhering to the specified format and size (PDF for documents < 1MB, JPG/PNG for photos < 50KB).
6. E-KYC: Mandatory Aadhaar e-KYC for the Head of Family and all members above 5 years of age. For members below 5 years, e-KYC can be done via Birth Certificate (if born in Rajasthan) or Aadhaar e-KYC (if born outside Rajasthan).
7. E-Sign and Submit: After verifying all details, electronically sign the application using Aadhaar OTP and submit it.
8. Acknowledgement Slip: Download and keep the acknowledgement slip/receipt number for future reference and status tracking.

Option 2: Offline Application via e-Mitra Kiosk

1. Visit Nearest e-Mitra Kiosk: Locate your nearest e-Mitra kiosk.
2. Submit Documents: Provide all the required original documents and their self-attested copies to the e-Mitra operator.
3. Biometric Authentication/Details Entry: The e-Mitra operator will assist in filling the application form and performing Aadhaar biometric authentication for family members.
4. Review and Verify: Carefully review the entered details on the screen before final submission.
5. Receive Acknowledgement: The operator will provide an acknowledgement slip with an enrolment ID. Keep this safe.
