To avail the benefits of the MP Ladli Laxmi Yojana 2.0, applicants must meet specific criteria:
- Girl Child's Birth Date: The girl child must be born on or after January 1, 2006.
- Domicile: Both parents must be native residents (mool niwasi) of Madhya Pradesh. A valid domicile certificate is required.
- Anganwadi Registration: The girl child must be registered at the local Anganwadi centre.

- Family Size & Family Planning:
